Author Biography

Mike Magee, M.D. (left), a senior medical adviser at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals world headquarters in New York, is a writer and public speaker. He is a former professor of surgery at Jefferson Medical College and past president of the National Association of Physician Broadcasters. He lives in New York City. Michael D'Antonio, a former feature writer for Newsday, where he shared in the Pulitzer Prize, has published scores of articles on health care in national magazines. He lives on Long Island.
