Dr. Travis Bradberry and Dr. Jean Greaves are cofounders of TalentSmart, Inc. They previously coauthored Emotional Intelligence Appraisal™. Dr. Bradberry holds a dual Ph.D. in clinical and industrial-organizational psychology.
Dr. Greaves holds a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology. Both live in San Diego.
