George H. Pink, PhD, is the Humana Distinguished Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management of the Gillings School of Global Public Health. Paula H. Song, PhD, is associate professor and director of the residential master’s program in the Department of Health Policy and Management of the Gillings School of Global Public Health.
