Author Biography

Michael L. Lindvall was born in 1947 in Minnesota into a tradition of what he likes to call "straight-backed Scandinavian piety". His family moved throughout Minnesota's "wonderfully sane little communities that love to tell and retell good stories" before settling in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Reverend Lindvall is the author of Leaving North Haven. A Presbyterian pastor and graduate of Princeton Seminary, the author currently resides with his family in Ann Arbor, Michigan
