Author Biography
C. Rangarajan is the chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India. He is the author of Indian Economy: Essays on Money and Finance; Perspectives on Indian Economy: A Collection of Essays; and Structural Reforms in Industry, Banking and Finance. He is the recipient of the Business Man of the Year Award, the Finance Man of the Decade Award, the Financial Express Award for Economics, and the Wharton-Indian Alumni Award for Outstanding Leadership.
