  • Author Biography

    C. Rodney James, PhD has more than half a century's experience shooting, collecting, and competing with rimfire rifles. A professional firearms forensic expert, James is also the author of several editions of ABCs of Reloading and has contributed to Handloader’s Digest and has authored numerous articles dealing with rimfire rifles and other topics.
    Mark A. Keefe, IV, is editor in chief of American Rifleman, americanrifleman.org, and American Rifleman Television. He has contributed articles to American Hunter, Shooting Illustrated, America's 1st Freedom, Aviation History Magazine, and Deutsche Waffen Journal.
