This textbook is a good reference book for your embryology course during Basic Sciences. The most useful part for me has been the practice questions. It's fairly straight forward and to the point. The book helps to make even the most confusing development stages easy to understand and learn. It helps to weed through the details and focus on the main concepts. It is well organized, and I prefer this text to others I have seen.

BRS Embryology: 5 out of 5 stars based on 1 user reviews.

Summary

BRS Embryology, Fifth Edition is a succinct outline-format review for USMLE and course exams, with review questions at the end of each chapter and a comprehensive USMLE-style examination at the end of the book. This edition has been updated and includes new, additional USMLE-style questions. Clinical images have been placed closer to the relevant text. The BRS for Embryology is a supplemental text that is incredibly helpful. The book helps to make even the most confusing development stages easy to understand and learn.
