Summary

One, two, here comes the crew! Three, four, here come more... With three dump trucks, an itsy-bitsy skid steer, and a host of other equipment, there's a whole lot of building going on here! Amusing construction-themed nursery rhymes--each based on a Mother Goose favorite--feature diggers, graders, crushers, cranes, jackhammers, forklifts, and wrecking balls. With bright, bold illustrations, this fun read-aloud should be a big hit with kids.

Author Biography

Boni Ashburn grew up working in her parents' equipment-rental store, learning about saws, hammers, drills, and scaffolding. This came in handy when developing the concept for Builder Goose. Boni lives in Houghton, MI, with her four children. You can visit her on the web at boniashburn.com.   Sergio di Giorgi graduated from La Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Prilidiano Pueyrredon in Buenos Aires with a degree in fine arts. Initially, he worked as an industrial designer, scenographer, and an art director for an advertising/TV firm while simultaneously developing his own short stories. He lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with his wife and two daughters.
