Jennie Milsom is a British food writer and has worked as a chef and coffee barista in cafes and restaurants in the UK and New Zealand. She lives in London and spends her spare time seeking out great cafes.

Harry Hall is a London-based, cafe-going, freelance photographer who makes his living as a publishing professional.

Hannah Moushabeck is a Massachusetts-based travel and food photographer. She spent three years as a coffee barista while attending college.
