The CBFE is a tool designed for fieldwork educators and faculty who se t up fieldwork courses and decide methods of evaluation in Fieldwork I and II. This excellent evaluation allows faculty to evaluate performa nce in a variety of fieldwork settings and provides a cumulative recor d of student competency acquisitions to ensure competency for entry to practice. The CBFE defines seven competencies: practice knowledge, cl inical reasoning, facilitating change, professional interactions, comm unication, professional development, and performance management. The p ackage contains a manual and two 17-page evaluation forms.
