Author Biography

Shinzen Young brings to this program a life-long involvement with Eastern cultures. He has trained extensively in Asian monasteries, is an ordained Buddhist monk, and has widely explored the psychological and scientific aspects of the medatative state and biofeedback experience. He is the director of the highly respected Community Meditation Center of Los Angeles.
