Summary

Jamie is in a lesson at school when he has a surprise visit from Balthazar, his genie friend. It turns out there are huge problems at the Genie Academy and the headmaster is in trouble. He is desperate for Jamie to come back to the genie kingdom to help them out. Jamie faces evil wishes, undercover missions, and death-defying magic carpet races in his most dangerous challenge yet! Still, it's got to beat a spelling test.

Author Biography

Ciaran Murtagh is an actor, comedian, and author. He has appeared in and written for two series of The Slammer on CBBC. His other TV writing credits include Dick and Dom, Planet Ajay, Scoop, and Hotel Trubble. He is also the author of the Charlie Flint series. Adria Meserve studied History at the Courtauld Institute and has worked in an art gallery and then as an art teacher. She is the author ofConker and Nudge.
