Author Biography

A.E. Scotland, author of two published works, is the pen name for the husband and wife writing team of Glenn & Kristin Wisegarver. Originally written as stories for their daughter, Haley and The Big Blast (Adventures of a Young Scientist), and Marissa and The Hammock Mystery (Adventures of a Young Detective) became published when they caught the attention of Amy Elise Press. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Yale University. Glenn holds a Master's degree from U.C. Berkeley. When they are not writing, the Wisegarvers enjoy gardening, hiking, baking scones, and coaching their daughter's softball team. They reside in Sammamish, WA, with their son, daughter, and their beagle puppy.
