Author Biography

Daniel H. Angres, M.D., is Director of Rush Behavioral Health and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center. A Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, he is certified in Addictionology by the American Society of Addiction Medicine and has earned a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Addiction Psychiatry. G. Douglas Talbott, M.D., an addiction medicine specialist and a national authority on alcoholism and other drug addictions, is the Founder and Medical Director of the Talbott Recovery Campus. He is President of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), Adjunct Professor of Pharmacology at Mercer University School of Pharmacy, and Chairman of the Georgia Health Professionals Program. Kathy Bettinardi-Angres, M.S., R.N., is a Family Therapist/Consultant at Rush Behavioral Health, Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center.
