Author Biography

Barry Gough is the author of numerous books on naval history, including HMCS Haida: Battle Ensign Flying, the landmark book on the history of the ship. He has received numerous distinctions for his contributions to the historical literature, and remains involved with the Friends of HMCS Haida. A Professor Emeritus of Wilfrid Laurier University, he lives in Victoria, British Columbia.
