Author Biography
Jenny Lynne Semenza is the Head of Reference at the Oboler Library, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho. She began using the Internet in 1993, and for the past three years she has been the chairperson for the University Web Development group. She teaches workshops and seminars on Designing and Writing Web Pages, Searching the Internet and Using the Internet as a Reference Tool
