"This book is decent for a science book. The pictures helped me better understand the content from the lab portion of the class. There is a lot of new information about a lot of different microbiology tests and concepts to learn. This book definitely helped me get a better understanding and gasp of the concepts. I found the book helpful when studying for an exam, and would frequently look at the pictures as a quick refresher. Microbiology can be a complicated topic for some, but I think this book helps students get through the material and breaks it down well. I found it useful and ended up doing well in my class."
