Summary

Are You...
-- Hearing your mind say"now" while your body says "later"?
-- Waking up more tired than when you went to sleep?
-- Overeating because you're starved for energy?
-- Feeling stressed out and blue?

You are not alone; these problems affect all of us. Our personal energy crisis stems from a depletion of the all-important energy system, which runs the whole body -- stimulating organ function, muscle strength and endurance, and the ability to think clearly. When it's damaged, the effects jeopardize health, bring on disease, and hasten aging. Natural Energy offers a cure. Based on three decades of scientific research, it provides simple rules that will help repair, recharge, and revive your life. With the right diet, exercise, and nutritional supplements, you can revitalize your daily routine, and subtract ten years from the way you look -- and the way you feel.
