Author Biography
Lawrence Friedman is a professor of law at New England Law | Boston, where he teaches courses in constitutional law, state constitutional law, information privacy law, and national security law. He has written numerous articles on these subjects and is the author, with Lynnea Thody, of The Massachusetts State Constitution (OUP, 2011), and, with Victor Hansen, of The Case for Congress: Separation of Powers and the War on Terror (Ashgate, 2009).
