This book is very informative when it relates to organizational, group, and individual culture and leadership. Schein takes you through the chapters in a sequence that not only informs you about the topics but explains to you solutions to having the ability to be able to be flexible in managing change in different cultures

Author Biography

Edgar H. Schein is Sloan Fellows Professor of Management Emeritus at the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is the author of numerous books, including Process Consultation Revisited, The Corporate Culture Survival Guide, Career Anchors, and most recently, Helping: How to Offer, Give and Receive Help.
