Author Biography

Karen Eggleston directs the Asia Health Policy Program at Shorenstein APARC. She is also a fellow at the Stanford Center for Health Policy. A former Fulbright scholar in South Korea, Eggleston has also studied in China and has served as a consultant to the World Bank on health service delivery in China.
