Dr. Damian, a researcher in the field of educational leadership, explains what you need to know to adopt a more proactive approach toward evaluation and shares insight into how you can support teacher growth to create more effective partnerships.
You have the power to change and improve instruction for the betterment of your students and staff. Adopt the principles and the opportunities that await you and you will impact your staff, school, and district in ways that are unforeseen. Undoubtedly, instructional leadership is a requirement in education; however, growing and developing teachers is a mindset.
