Eric Hollander, M.D., recently served as Esther and Joseph Klingenstein Professor and Chairman of Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, New York.

Barbara O. Rothbaum, Ph.D., A.B.P.P., is Professor in Psychiatry and Director, Trauma and Anxiety Recovery Program, Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia.
