Elaine Marmel is president of a technical writing and software training organization. She holds an MBA from Cornell University, and is the author of the highly regarded MICROSOFT PROJECT 2007 BIBLE (Wiley). Elaine has participated in Project software betas over several years and worked closely with the Microsoft product group to provide feedback and insight.
