Author Biography


Richard Benny teaches the Law of Tort, Employment Law and Discrimination Law on the LLB programmes at the University of Surrey, and Employment Law on the LLM in Employment Law. Richard is also in part-time practice in the field of Employment Law and has appeared in Employment Tribunals.
Michael Jefferson's primary teaching, supervisory, and research interests are Criminal Law and Employment Law. He is the co-ordinator of both courses on the undergraduate degrees and of Discrimination Law and Employment Law on the LLM at Sheffield University.
Before coming to Middlesex University Business School Malcolm Sargeant worked as a Research Assistant at Brunel University.
